Description:
The PVC heater is a heavy-duty metal construction designed for bending PVC pipes ranging from 1/2" to 6" in diameter, including all schedules. With a voltage rating of 230 VAC, a current rating of 30 AMP, and a wattage of 6600 to 7000 WATT, this tool is powered to efficiently heat up to 65" long sections of pipe. The double wall metal construction with fiberglass insulation ensures fast and efficient heating, while the reflective interior further enhances the heating process. The heater features a heating chart, timer, and on/off switch with an indicator light for added convenience. Double doors with piano hinges allow for heating shorter lengths of pipe with one door open, providing flexibility in use. The optional 31092 motorized PVC rotation kit for 847 and 857 PVC roller support can be added for enhanced functionality. Sturdy wheels make the heater easily mobile, allowing for convenient transportation to different job sites. To use, simply preheat for 10 minutes, open the lid, position the PVC pipe, close the lid, and rotate until the pipe becomes pliable. Then, open the lid, remove the PVC, and form the desired bend.
